Some Completed Projects

• A team of 3 Turn-key/Q-People consultants completed a "Tranche 3 - Contestable Billing System" in SQL-Server for Texas Utilities (TXU). This billing system replaced GENTRACK and an old contestable billing system thus saving TXU $$ in maintenance and support contracts with Hansen/Sandersens. The system interfaces with Vencorp/MIBB (market consumption data), SEAGAS and PeopleSoft and calculates bills using MDQs, unlimited charge rates/tariffs and even block tariffs.
• Turn-key/Q-People is currently working on a Siebel prototype for Tranche 3 Customer Registrations/Contracts/Transfers/Marketing/Sales for TXU. The aim is to market this prototype to all the Utility Retailers in Australia. For this purpose, Turn-key/Q-People will customise the Siebel eEnergy/Energy CRM product.
• Key staff from Turn-key/Q-People worked for Hansen on the ELSIS-HUBEnergy (Electricity Contestable Billing System). Powercor, AGL, Energex and Origin/Boral also use this system.
• Turn-key/Q-People's associated company, Congruent has successfully implemented PeopleSoft software (HR/payroll and Financials) for Gas & Fuel, Energex (Brisbane) and Arrora Hydro (Tasmania)
• Turn-key/Q-People's 18 IT consultants working in the IT section of United Energy. Three of these consultants are currently working on CRM software. Turn-key also has 3 consultants working on the Gas MMS (Asset-Inventory Management) and SEAGAS (CIS) software at Hansen.
